LMT processes data for the purpose of operating its website.

The legitimate interest lies in providing technically reliable and functional information via the website.

The mentioned personal data are necessary to enable you to use a technically functional website. Without these data, the proper provision of the website cannot be guaranteed.

Storage Period

The data processed for these purposes are stored for 14 days after the last visit and are then automatically deleted, unless security-relevant events require longer retention.

The data are transmitted to hosting service providers.

Storage period: Session or up to 6 months.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the controller via email or telephone. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

Storage Period

Data are either deleted immediately after the request has been processed or stored for potential further processing and deleted in case of withdrawal.

Processing your request regarding staff leasing or recruitment services.

Stored for the duration of request processing and possible contract initiation.

If no contract is concluded, the data are deleted after a maximum of 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. APPLICATION FORM

  • Additional information (driving licence yes/no and categories)

  • Documents (CV, cover letter)

Purpose

Processing personal data for the application process, particularly:

  • assessing professional and personal suitability

  • contacting applicants

  • establishing a potential employment relationship.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

  • Explicit consent for special data where applicable (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR)

  • Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • Legitimate interest in recruitment (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For inclusion in our talent pool, we obtain separate explicit consent.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Storage Period

Data are stored for 7 months after completion of the application process, unless the process results in employment.

If consent to talent pool storage is provided, data will be stored for the specified period or until withdrawal.

Provision and management of work clothing within an existing employment relationship.

Stored for the duration of the employment relationship.

Certain data required for tax and payroll purposes are stored for 7 years.

Purpose

Notification and administration of sick leave.

Legal Basis

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) in conjunction with

    • Continued Remuneration Act (EFZG)

    • Salaried Employees Act (ANG).

Storage Period

Stored for the duration of employment and 7 years for payroll/tax purposes.

11. SUBMIT ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS

Supplementing ongoing application or employment processes, including:

Storage Period

If no employment relationship arises:
Data stored for the duration of the application process plus 7 months.

If employment occurs:
Stored for the duration of employment and 7 years for statutory retention obligations.

  • Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) if employment occurs.
     

12. APPLICANT MANAGEMENT – LEAD & INITIAL CONTACT (Booston)

  • documentation of the recruitment process.

  • Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • Legitimate interest in efficient applicant generation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Storage Period

Stored for the duration of request processing and the application process and 7 months thereafter.

Data Source

Data are transmitted to LMT by IT/hosting providers and social media providers.

Appropriate safeguards include Standard Contractual Clauses and participation of Meta Platforms in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
